Beneath the tip of the conscious mind, the unconscious realm holds the key to our motivations, desires, and fears. It's the storehouse of past experiences, traumas, and deeply ingrained beliefs that shape our perceptions of the world. Just as the submerged part of the iceberg influences the iceberg's movement, the unconscious mind quietly guides our thoughts, decisions, and interactions.

When we heal our repressed emotions, we heal the compulsive mind and an ailing body. This changes the way we see ourselves and how we present in the world.
