From Life Coaching to Life-Changing.

Unfortunately, The Aha! moments from listening to Life coaching advice and reading about change do not bring us change. It only brings recognition and awareness of the issues. Unfortunately, most solutions out there only address this need. Most solutions only help recognise the problem & while getting attention to our blindspots is good, more is needed to bring about the change we seek.

There is something great about discovering new information, processing it, and feeling satisfied with learning new things. However, human beings are emotional creatures when it comes to action; emotion is what moves us. The primary catalyst for our actions is our emotions, which is unfortunately true when it comes to change & personal growth.

We may say we need to stop procrastinating. Still, unless we embrace and process the fear of failure or fear of judgment, there can never be a real & life-changing relationship with procrastination. Similarly, we may be aware of our OCD, or may even say to ourselves, "I have to stop being a perfectionist," but unless we feel the fear of not being enough or fear of rejection, nothing we do, no amount of mindfulness, learning about the nature of our OCD or no amount of bypass with help us with a life-changing relationship with our compulsive nature..
